Congratulations on your 5/6/26 Promotion!

Congratulations to Battalion Chief DePersia, Lieutenant Proctor and Engineer Bouche on their recent promotions.  Battalion Chiefs Girdick and Jones spoke to the importance of each rank and introduced their families to join them as Fire Commissioner Matt Rafferty issued their Oaths of Office.  Lieutenant Proctor's wife Porsha delivered his conferment speech and B/C DePersia spoke to his promotion and the importance of the crew working as a whole towards the same common goal.
