The Orland Fire District held a promotional ceremony on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Congratulations to Lieutenants Pericht and Kendra, Engineers Anderson and Smith and Director of Dispatch Operations Des Breese on their recent promotions. Fire Commissioner O’Neill administered the sworn personnel’s Oaths of Office, as Deputy Chief Purtill and Battalion Chiefs Tufts and Jones spoke to the promotes and the importance of their roles with the OFPD.
