Topic:  Recognition dinner

Reviewed the order of events for the evening. 

Previewed the various awards.

Action items:  Memo to respond to RSVP from Chief Bettenhausen

                        Develop evaluation which can be used to make improvements for next

                        Years event-Lt. D. Smith.

Topic:  Driver’s Competition

Routed to finance committee

Possibly coordinating with Bank Financial as their event is about the same time.

Discussion of food vendors and permits.

Possible to get sponsors for the awards given out.

The date is open-Looking at September but not to conflict with other village events.

Discussed other items to increase the draw to the event.

Topic:  Station 2 landscaping project

List of supplies has been formulated.  It will not be submitted to the landscapers until stock is in for pricing purposes.

Each shift has a project foreman to coordinate work on shift.

Discussion on changing the landscape stone in the borders from the lava rock.
