PENSION BOARD

The five-member Pension Board consists of two elected representatives from active members in the pension, two appointees by the Orland Fire District Board of Trustees President, and one elected member from the firefighter retirees. Each member serves a three year term. Terms are staggered. The Pension Board is involved with managing the assets of the pension fund, awarding duty and disability pensions, and accepting new members into the pension fund.
